I didn’t set out to build just another HR consultancy - I wanted to create something genuinely people-focused, built on empathy, fairness, and real-world experience.
After two decades working with SMEs and start-ups in the Built Environment (and a healthy dose of time in FinTech, Publishing and Law), I saw a recurring theme: businesses struggling to figure out what they actually needed from HR. I knew I could help - by offering honest advice, practical support, and a listening ear.
Why I Do What I Do
My journey started with a simple realisation: I wanted to help people and businesses thrive, without the burnout and bureaucracy that so often creep into HR. I’ve worked the long hours, felt the pressure, and seen first-hand how a happy, engaged team can transform a company. That’s why I’m passionate about creating workplaces where people feel valued, are treated fairly, and empowered to do their best work.
