Our Story
I started this consultancy after years of working in high-pressure, roles - wonderful experiences, but often at a cost. When I saw how many businesses struggled to figure out what they really needed from HR, I realised I could help. Whether it’s providing hands-on support or pointing you in the right direction, my goal is simple: to help people and businesses thrive, fairly and sustainably.
With over 20 years’ experience in the Built Environment and time spent in FinTech, Publishing and Law, I know the challenges SMEs face. I’m passionate about fairness, equity, and putting people first - because when your team is happy and engaged, your clients are happy and engaged, and your business performs at its best.
